use about a 4 lb. roasting chicken

1 medium apple peeled, quartered and cored

toss the apples and onions with a pinch of cloves and cinnamon

brush chicken with melted butter and drizzle with honey

bake at 325F for about an hour and a half or so. baste with more honey about halfway through
