Not using VMWare Fusion?

I tend to use Parallels more than Fusion..but first try Parallels failed. Second try now, if fail again, I will try Fusion

No, always used fresh installs. I don't have any experiences with machine migration.

I need to migrate the PC settings, it is leased and the company won't help me setting up the image. (= I cannot get hold of the software)
