workable...install all the "free stuff" up front b4 deploying...it has been a pain to get our tech guys to "go back" and add Java, Flash...

Shockwave, Open Office, Audacity, Geogebra..and they won't give me the password to do it

good call. luckily, i'm friends with our campus technician. gave him a list that he is supposed to put on the image

i gave my tech guys a list of things to install..."We'll do it later".. Guess how that worked?
