I've never tried them before. I actually scored this one from a Goodwill thrift store for $1, so I figured I'd give it a shot.

You are right phatemokid. About 24 hours in and the ants in the sand have some sweet tunnels.

The ants in the gel are still just moving globs around

very cool -after they've dug some more tunnels give them technology so they will TAKE OVER.

How long before they bust out and attack the overlord?

I think this is more of a Willard situation where they will do my biding
