do you usually have a reaction to almonds?

yes, I'm allergic to almonds and I just was not thinking when I took that bite of cookie dough!!

i took an allegra - thankfully it was a pretty mild reaction. one of these days it won't be if i don't think before i eat. maybe i'd lose
