the reason behind this is RACIALISM!!!
Initially they were bugging the pathans by closing thier shops and stuff that didnt succeed in infuriating them
so then they started to beat them up
when that didnt work they killed one or two here and there
even that didnt cause a major uprising so they started killing in torturous disturbing ways.
Now that that isnt working they have started to attack thier women
