I completely agree!!!

I went with my staff to an unconference in Kansas City at the beginning of this month. We set up a session where we would present.

We were at the end of the day. The first thing we did was move tables around and put people into groups. We asked questions, then gave time

to visit about it. We then shared our ideas. We also got ideas from them about certain aspects.

I cannot take credit for this. This was led by GingerTPLC. We all agree with what was said in this blog post.

How can you preach how to teach when you don't preach how you want us to teach?
