Are Macs really that crappy? Cuz I was gonna get a macbook but hubby says they're shit.

no, I love them. but they are expensive and the macbook doesn't run SL well AT ALL. It's a little better on the macbook pro.

I don't want it for running SL cuz that's what I have a big honkin' PC for. Mostly for on the go type stuff.

then a MacBook kicks ass--light and great for writing/surfing/chatting/plurking.

want a big honkin' pc with dual nVidia 9800 GTX+++KICKASSTIMMEH! graphics cards in it and a 23" cinema lcd monitor. Now.
