I think it's the other way around: Sears owns K-Mart

Okay. I was going by the "Sears Brands" copyright at the bottom of the website.
Plus, the only time I've wandered through a K-Mart, I'd OH a rep talking about Sears buying them & that you could use a Sears credit card
yeah, I actually had to look it up.
