多逛街多購物...

i just came back from the mall. i still have 100.00 gift certificate n this awful MALE cashier was rude.

i was gonna to buy something from "his" competitor "coworker" but can't find anything. came home empty handed.

我大概是年紀大了吧！最近比較喜歡網購而比較少去"現場"逛。我不太喜歡我逛的時候有店員一直煩我，也很討厭遇到態度惡劣的店員（上次在 Bloomingdale's 遇到的那個就快把我氣死了）。不過網購無法事先看到實品也是很大的風險。

沒想到又是那家百貨公司！！ 上次我投訴後，他們的人資經理有寄卡片道歉，又多送我一套 Lancome 的 free gift. 但我比較 care 的是他們有沒有處罰那個 Lancome associate? 還是只想用 free gift 打發我了事？

看來 bloomingdale 的員工訓練真的出了很大的問題。

遇到這種態度惡劣的員工真的不要太姑息他們。下次知道他的名字趕快投訴他。
