It just seems like at work there's just ... a lot of guys who feel the right to touch me, pat my back, etc w/o asking

It's usually customers, so there's not even really much to be done

customers is a loose word, but yes, I work mostly w/ guys over 50-60 so yeah ... daughter pat

I'm not touch-phobic but ... I do not like being touched by strangers or when I don't know it's coming

They just don't get the whole like ... personal space thing

I'd be annoyed too.

And, on top of that, you have to understand that during my week I might only have about 10 contact hours w/ other people

my work is very solo

if I were out more I think it would be worse
