how old should they be before you intentionally expose them?

Tyler is 4 1/2, and had the vaccine, but violet is 18 months and has not, and i'd rather do it for real

tyler got his at 18 months; i delayed that one on purpose. while pregnant, i read a study that showed it works better if you wait

my older 3 all had pox, the next 4 I can't manage to expose. Of course dd also had shingles and that is no fun at all.
