I typically make lasagna on Christmas Eve.

I love lasagna... try putting 1 brick cream cheese whipped with 2 eggs, spoon it in between layers (instead of ricotta)

this because there is a shivering, out of place little frozen lasagna I bought on special at Maxi lying in my freezer I better put to use.

saves me some cooking preparation...

But might turn it into a 5-cheese lasagna...

and maybe add some more greens...

and some mushrooms...
