it worked mostly well. I only noticed it down after the iPhone 3G part.

they were totally stripped down and relying on Summize but I hope it is progress.

Twitter was actually up for a lot of the keynote. It was just after the 3G reveal that it crashed and burned.

they say they've got 97% uptime on their worst months. Don't believe it.

when you can pull definitions of uptime out of your left butt cheek, the numbers are questionable. The more spin that comes out of there...

97% uptime is actually considered to be sort of bad. On an annual basis this would be the equivalent of an 11 day outage.

didn't notice it go down at all all day, temp features turn off OK with me - I even could reply

the thing is, that 97% uptime includes time when IM doesn't work. They have no SLA with us, so they can dictate when their system i sup

if you ask me, with my definition of uptime, it hasn't been up for weeks.

they also cut back the API usage so Summize may not have even been receiving all the Apple-related tweets - unless they had a special deal.

its their number not mine. I think if you are going to advertise a number, you should use one that doesn't make you look foolish.
