Twitter was actually up for a lot of the keynote. It was just after the 3G reveal that it crashed and burned.

it seemed pretty good to me.

they say they've got 97% uptime on their worst months. Don't believe it.

when you can pull definitions of uptime out of your left butt cheek, the numbers are questionable. The more spin that comes out of there...

97% uptime is actually considered to be sort of bad. On an annual basis this would be the equivalent of an 11 day outage.

the thing is, that 97% uptime includes time when IM doesn't work. They have no SLA with us, so they can dictate when their system i sup
