maybe you'll luck out and care tomorrow?
i suppose i should try at the very least, kim! it's not a "real" problem; it's just mildly problematic in a rather dull and privileged sense
as Eileen would say: (firstworldproblems)
it's just unfortunate. i think i have i-love-my-career envy which is truly not a big deal. these days one is lucky to have a decent job
even if it requires one to move 1000 miles from friends and family
and too much education makes one say "one" excessively
I understand though. I've been miring through career issues (indirectly) lately, hence why I'm going back to school to be a vet tech.
it sounds bizarro, esp. since I'm a writer and all that. But it is a satisfying and more stable career, and will give me the freedom to
pursue my creative endeavors without having to worry about their success being tied to my financial future.
seems like quite a good idea: something you can rely on is often a good plan, and it seems vet services are on the rise these days
yep, and I know a lot about animals already. My mom raised dogs, along with various other animals. It was a lot of fun growing up in a zoo!
seems like the right direction to go in given your zoo-like childhood.
I think so, but I am very nervous anyway. The courses seem more intense than anything I've done before. (nerves)
I mean, I *know* I'll do fine, but it is anxiety-inducing.
that's understandable. science/medicine related classes often have lots of memorization, particularly since vets deal with more than one
species, unlike human medical personnel. stick to it, work hard, and i'm sure you'll do well.
thanks Mojo! I'm excited.
i'm sure you are! it's work, but i find it's much easier if you try to enjoy the work as a means to and end: gaining financial freedom and
enjoying a fun job in the end. animals are often the best people i know.
animals are awesome.
Down with Humans! Up with Animals!
oh, wait. Humans are animals.
humans are complicated animals, which tends to create problems, methinks.
humans are the nastiest animals personality-wise but they tend to keep house a bit better than your average non-human animals. sometimes.
i'm excluding cats, of course, who probably think all of us are disgusting and stupid.
Except those nasty hoarders
collectors of comic books are not hoarders, thank y ou very much

oh no... certainly not
in conclusion: thank you for correctly making "a lot" two words.
had to go check to see who said 'a lot'.
it was you, babe.

yay me!
