seems to perk up a bit and follows after him!

finds Prussia's kitchen and gets everything he needs to make pancakes out. He got out the flour and eggs and milk and a frying pan and bowl.

plops down onto the stool, remembering their last time he tried to help. He decides to offer anyway. "Need help?"

shakes his head gently. "It's fine, just sit." He smiled over at him with that as he set about making the pancakes.

pouts a bit but stays put. "Hey Mattie...?"

glances over at him as he mixed the batter. "Hmm?"

taps his fingers on the counter. "You look nice today."

blinks at that before he smiled a bit. "Ah... thank you Prussia..."

grins and chuckles a bit. "Kesese, of course. I am here for you if you ever need me."

nods a bit before he went back to stirring the batter. He was glad Prussia was smiling.

keeps watching him, eyes observing. "Is everything okay with you?"

nods a bit again, he finished mixing the batter and poured a spoon into the heated pan. "Y-Yes. I suppose."

hums a bit, tilting his head. "I haven't seen you in a while, so I get worried."

smiles faintly over at him as he waited for the right to flip the pancake. "Ah, well thank you for worrying Gilbert."

nods! "Of course I worry! I consider you my best friend!"

startled a bit at that as he looked over at him. "R-Really? I... I mean we hardly talk anymore and..."

grins more, shaking his head. "Don't matter, we have our lives. Doesn't mean we can't be close, Ja?"

smiles faintly at that as he flipped the pancake. "That's true. I miss talk to you."

pulls out his cell phone and waves it around. "I could text you now too! It's really awesome~"

laughs a bit and nods. "Yeah."

grins a bit. "I should put this on my blog. Bad mood, Mattie fixes everything~!"

flushes and shakes his head. "I didn't do anything Gilbert."

scoffs at that and waves the comment away. "You did! You're awesome~"

smiles a bit at him before he finished the pancakes and handed him the plate. "Here."

's eyes light up and he looks up. "Syrup?"

nods and goes to fetch some, handing it to him after he put some icing sugar on the pancakes.

slathers his pancakes in it and then begins to devour it like a hungry wolf. So good...

enjoyed watching him for a moment before he got himself a plate of pancakes as well.
