Madeline
is
keeping a look out for trouble!
comes racing back out of the ship doors, two or the bags of gold swinging from her belt. There are some men close at her heels and she's
got her guns out. She catches a rope and swings off, almost landing in the water but scrambling onto the dock. She makes a beeline for
Madeline, laughing and looking flushed. "Now we run!" She shouts at her.
picks herself up and starts running after her, face flushed with excitement
gets a good grasp on her hand as she comes close, laughing and dodging into an alley to dodge the bullets whizzing through the air after her
. She looks over and winks. "Now w-we lose 'em in the back alleys." she pants out, choosing alleys seemingly at random.
squeaks at the sound of bullets, breathing heavily as she
`s pulled into the back alleys. `Good idea!`

smiles and leads her through the alleys, clinging to her fingers. She suddenly drags her into a door and shutting it, locking it tight. "...
I think we lost 'em." she pants softly, winking at her.
smiles, looking exhilarated. "Great! so what were you getting?"
laughs and kisses her cheek. "More funds. I run a bit of boarding house. Get people off the street, feed them, find them housing and work."
beams at that, blushing a little at the kiss. "Very noble of you Miss A.J."
laughs softly. "Told ya I was like Robin Hood!" She tugs her into the hide out, leading her through the hallways "... Nobody else is helping
so I decided too."
nods at that "Very much like Robin Hood. Does that mean you have Merry Men?" blinks, following after her. "Not many would do that."
laughs and shakes her head. "... I have one guy that helps but for the most part it's just me..." She shrugs and smiles at her. "I don't
need too much help. A lot of the time my boarders cook and help clean and stuff."
smiles "Well I'll help out in any way I can."
looks down at her fingers for a second. "Well actually I had a thought.. Perhaps you'd like it...?" She smiles a little and glances up at
her.
looks curious "What is it? I am happy to help."
smiles a little and shrugs. "Well... You want excitement... And I need a partner. Someone I was talking to recently asked me what I'd do if
I got hurt right? What would happen to the people that I help if I got arrested or something. I need... to train someone to do what I do."
blinks a few times "Yes, most likely a good idea." smiles at her "Well if you'll train me I'll see how things go."
smiles back at her and shrugs. "... You kinda look like me in some ways. You remind me of myself so..." She blushes a little. "So I figured
you're a good option. I'll train you yeah/"
tilts head to the side and gives her a smile "And I'll be an attentive student."
smiles happily at her. "I believe you will be. Wanna meet my current 'family' or should we jump into the training huh?
"well maybe I should meet the family but I do want to get right to training, might as well get started right?"
smiles and nods a little. "Alrighty! Well first we need to build up those muscles right?A"
looks anxious at this but nods, a determined look on her face.
smiles and grabs her hand, pausing to hide the gold away. Some of her boarders were drug addicted and she had to be careful with the money
so they didn't lapse back into doing drugs. "You'll do great!" She leads her up to a room that she uses to train in.
follows after, pushing her braids back over her shoulders. "Where do I begin?"
smiles and looks her over. "We need to put you in some loose clothes. You can borrow some of mine!" She's... barely wearing clothes but she
can lend some to the other girl.
nods, continuing to follow her. "I can do that."
smiles and grabs some loose.... somewhat revealing clothing and tosses it to her. "There ya go. I'll go into the next room and wait for ya
there."
takes the clothing to go get changed, coming out a few minutes later.
smiles at this and nods. "Alright now. Should we start with hand to hand combat hun or should we work on using a gun?"
looks thoughtful "Might want to start with the hand to hand before getting to the gun."

smiles at this and comes close to her. "We can do this then." She starts to explain some basics to self defense, especially for a girl her
size.
nods along and listens carefully
smiles and starts demonstrating things, showing her the best responses to certain physical assaults.
tries her best to mimic them, stumbling slightly in her movements
smiles and lets her try them all again, encouraging her happily.
slowly starts getting a little bit better with them, stumbling less with the moves.
smiles at this and nods. "Now what I want you to do is to keep practicing these moves over and over. What happens is, it'll be come like
reflexive. Muscles remember things too. What that means is, get attacked, get in danger and your reflexes take over cause a lot of times in
bad situations you can't think. So let your reflexes think for you! Got it?"
nods rapidly, trying to get the motion right and repeating it, feeling her muscles stretch.
smiles and nods, continuing to move with her. "Keep it up yeah? Just keep going through the motions. We'll start practicing similar things
like this everyday okay?"
pants a little, looking over to her "Sounds good. And I will, good exercise right?"
nods and smiles. "It's good for your body too! You'll be in excellent shape when I'm done with you."
looks enthused "Great! Can't hurt right?"
nods and smiles still moving, starting to sweat now. "Mmmm it wont hurt."
Madeline
has
been sweating for awhile, going through a few more moves
beams at her. "Feels good right? To be up and moving around!"
nods "yeah, bit more active then just walking to work that's for sure!'
grins at her and shakes her head. "Well consider this crash course one then yeah? For now, let's get cleaned up. I have to go to market.
smiles, wiping her forehead. "Alright then. I'll just get cleaned up then?"
nods and smiles, pulling her off to a washroom. "Yeah!"
laughs, walking into the washroom and standing in front of a sink to wash her face up.
smiles and goes to wash the sweat from her brow and change into more 'normal' clothes.
does the same, pulling her clothes back on.
comes out and smiles happily.
smiles back. "So to market I guess?"
nods and smiles. "yes let's do this." She starts out, pausing for money.
follows after her, pulling out her own small purse. "Where first?"
smiles. "... We'll need veggies and beef. I think we're making stew tonight.
"Stew sounds good. It'll keep too."
nods and smiles. "Yep! It'll warm everyone up too." She reaches out and tangles their fingers together as she pulls the other girl along.
blushes a little at that but doesn't say anything
tugs her along happily, humming and swinging their arms. >w<

wants
to giggle at this but keeps it down as they get to the market. "They have some pretty good beef on sale"
smiles and nods. "Then it's fate!" SHe pulls her over and starts to look. She isn't very picky when it comes to food though so it all looks
good.
picks some out, bartering with the seller for it, smiling at Ally's excitement
smiles and listens to the bartering, eager to be home with food though..
finishes up with the meat, looking around the vegetables to put in it. "Oh good they have a sale on bread. That's very good."
tilts her head. "... Let's get some of that too then!" Shes already approaching. She's starting to get hungry just thinking about what it'll
all taste like.
picks some up, paying the sellers with a sweet smile. "Okay, I think we've got everything."
smiles at this and takes the groceries from her, content to carry them for her. >w<
smiles gratefully at this, starting to walk back with her
walks back, beaming and happy. She's staring at the food. It was going to be so tasty. >w<
heading back into the hide out, turning to her. "Where's the kitchen?"
smiles and shows her, a group of people already gathered and ready to help cook. They're the current boarders. "Here we go!" She sets the
food down on a table in the center of the room.
smiles and starts cutting up some of the vegetables with the others
smiles and works with them, humming happily. The others don't seem at all surprised that AJ had come in with a random stranger, and in fact
are quite considerate of Madeline.
gets out one of the pots and adds in some water to boil along with the meat
isn't as handy in the kitchen as many of the people there and slips from the kitchen halfway through to set the long dining table for dinner
, a job she's fallen into the habit of taking.
smiles as the stew starts to bubble, the smell wafting through the hideout
cheers happily when she smells the wonderful smell and comes back to the kitchen to come help them again.
starts passing out bowls with bread to the others, smiling at Ally.
smiles and comes over to peck her cheek. "... Thanks for the help Maddy. You're a sweetie." She starts passing out bowls too and hurrying
them into the dining room to sit and eat.
could feel the blush spreading across her face. "Its no trouble"
smiles at her and shrugs. "Still, it means a lot." She gives Maddy a bowl as well. "No go sit and eat, hun!"
nods, taking a seat as well. "Thank you."
smiles and gets her some food as well before joining Madeline, sitting next to her and swinging her feet while she eats.
eats at a more sedate pace but polishes the bowl off, hungry from her training
pats her back when she finishes her bowl. "Good girl!"
smiles at that, taking a drink. "Guess I was hungrier then I thought'
laughs and nods. "Well it's been a good day's work yeah?
"yeah, it has hasn't it?"
nods again, humming happily. "Oh yes it has. I'm glad I met you."
smiles softly at this. "I'm glad I met you too."
tilts her head and taps her. "Now, where do you live, hun?
blinks, looking thoughtful. "Not too far from here, up on Fenner's Street."
nods and smiles. "I can always give you a room all to yourself here if you want. THough, your house is probably more comfy..."
"Well my house is open to you, should you ever need it." she smiles softly, looking over at her.
smiles at this and shrugs. "I have a cozy lil room here. I don't need a house." She squirms in her seat happily.
smiles back. "That's good then."
nods and smiles at her. "Do you live with your family?"
pauses, then shakes her head. "My parents live outside the city. Just me."
frowns a bit. "... That sounds lonely though..."
tilts head "... maybe a little."
frowns still and rubs her back.
leans into it
pulls her against her side, hugging the girl down against her cleavage. ><
goes very red at this
hugs her tight!
blushes even more if possible.
smiles happily. "Don't worry! You shouldn't be lonely.
stammers a bit "Y-yeahhh"
smiles and nods. "Cause I'll be your friend okay??"
smiles "Yeah, friends

kisses the top of her head. "Good!"
hugs her, still smiling
smiles when she hugs her back. "... I'll walk you home okay? Don't go alone."
nods "All right then."
smiles and nods. "I'll protect you okay!"
nods again "Okay, but you know I am pretty independent you know."
pouts and shrugs. "... Cute girls in a dangerous city can never be too careful.
sighs and nods in agreement
kisses her cheek. "Good girl." She stands and stretches.
stands up as well, helping out with the dishes
laughs and nudges her. "You don't have to help with the dishes too. You've done enough."
blushes a little, setting the dishes down. "well if you insist..."
smiles and nods, taking the dishes from her. She hums happily. "Relax hun. You had work before you came too!"
nods, smiling at A.J. "You were a big help by the way, so thank you again."
laughs softly. "No problem. I'm a hero! S'what I do!"
laughs a little "I suppose so"
I have to go. I have a class in the morning))
smiles at this and nods. "Yep! Don't worry about it"

tries to help some with the dishes. "I won't."
sees her and arches a brow but doesn't fight her on it this time. "Oh alright then."
"I suppose its nice being around so many people."
nods. "... I get lonely and bored easy. Having a lot of people to talk to is fun!"
"that's great then, that you aren't lonely here"
nods and smiles at her, drying her hands on a towel. "It's pretty cool. D'ya me to take you home now?"
nods, smiling at her. "Probably a good idea."
smiles and takes her hand, lacing their fingers together. "Let's go then."
squeezes a little and nods "Okay then"
smiles and leads her out of the building, walking down the street with her. "... You'll have to help me find your house!"
nods, stepping in front a little to guide her
keeps a good hold on her hand still, but lets the other lead. She's relaxed and happy, looking around.
walks down a side road to a small house
looks up at the house and smiles. "... Is that one yours? It's nice!"
nods, pleased at the compliment. "Yes, I like it here."
walks up to the door with her and nods. "Good then! It seems like a safe area too.
nods again "Pretty safe. The extra it cost to buy a place out here was worth it."
smiles and kisses her cheek. "As long as you're safe out here alone then..."
rubs at it with a soft blush. "Yeah, its a good thing."
smiles and reluctantly pulls her hand back. "... See you soon then shug?"
smiles back "yeah, see you around. I look forward to more training. And I'll practice what I can."
nods and smiles, turning to leave.
waves good bye before heading inside
waves back and walks home.
