my use of acta non verba does take into account discussions and planning and communication and such, however, it does not end there.

at some point, action must happen. what we've seen has been bad actions, 180s, and more words/threats. we'll see if that changes.

it's good that they're DIALOGUING with someone, and someones who are widely trusted and respected.
