Frequently poor teachers think it replaces them and they don't have to prepare, practice or organize. Or they ignore the technology
completely which, in a situation where the technology is not equally provided, is extremely frustrating to teachers who would use it.
had a great convo today about why failing schools get so many "toys" thinking that it fixes the problem
and then why those schools stand around scratching their heads when it doesn't work. clearly, tech was to blame for the failure
