But I sent the book anyway under her word that she'd send the money.

A few weeks ago she left on comment on my dA page that the sketchbook had arrived.

And would send the money the following week.

Nope.

About a week ago, I left a comment on her page kindly saying I hadn't received payment yet.

Her friend replies back today saying that the deviant has been super busy but plans to send the $ asap.

Never again will I be doing business with under-agers who can only use their PARENT'S paypal account for sites like deviantArt.
