had been taking a stroll in the snow and notices someone there. "Hello?"

frowns she hears someone and instantly wishes she could hide. This was... embarrassing.

frowns and walks over, crouching next to her. "Are you okay?"

quickly nods as she looked away from him. "Perfectly fine... I'm... just enjoying... the snow."

stares at her. "You're shivering." He didn't believe her for a second.

shakes her head as she tried to stop herself from shivering. "No I'm not."

offers her his hand. "I'm not stupid."

frowns, not really wanting to take it. If she did then he'd find out about her ankle. "I'm really fine..."

stares at her. "Sorry" He quickly picked her up, holding her in his arms and walking towards his house. "You are not vine, you're freezing."

flushes instantly at this and clings to his coat, still adamant about disagreeing with him. "I'm fine..."

frowns at this as she looked away from him. This was so embarrassing.

doesn't think she should be embarrassed.

she should be, she goes hiking all the time and to have twisted her ankle like she did.

glances at her. "So what really happened? I promise I won't laugh or think worse of you."

flushed and moved her hands away from his coat. "I... just fell."

nods. "And then?"

shrugs a bit, "n-nothing. I just fell."

raises an eyebrow. "And decided to just lay around in the snow?"

nods. "Yes... I like the snow."

stares up ahead at his house. "No one likes the snow /that/ much."

frowns as she looked up at him. "Well... I'm fine..."

shakes his head and very carefully manages to open the door with his knee, walking inside and setting her on the couch.

felt bad for all of this as she was set on the couch, trying not to shiver still.

walks over to another couch and grabs some blankets, draping them over her. "I'll get some soup."

nods a bit as she pulled the blankets around herself thanking him quietly. "I... you don't need too."

shakes his head. "Nei, I couldn't just leave you there. Do you know how guilty that would make me feel? I don't think I could live with_

that."

nods a bit at that as she looked down down at her lap. She frowned a bit before she carefully got up, putting all of her weight on her

uninjured foot. "Well... I'm alright. Thank you though."

narrows his eyes. "Nei, sit back down right now."

frowns at that and stays standing. "Why?"

"You're not well enough to leave yet. At least get warm and let me wrap your ankle."

instantly looks embarrassed at that as she still refused to sit down.

frowns. "You're never going to outstubborn me so if you want to get out of her quicker you should just listen to me."

shakes her head at that as she held the blankets around herself. "I'm really okay."

stares at her. "Nei, you really aren't. Just sit down and eat some soup. Is that too much of me to ask?"

frowns at that and gives up, sitting back down as she curled up in the blankets.

walks to the kitchen. "Thank you." He heats up some soup and walks back, offering her a bowl and spoon.

stays quiet as she takes the offered bowl and spoon nodding a bit. He was too nice... it was weird.

sits on a chair nearby, eating his own bowl.

ate her's quietly, it was good. She paused for a moment and looked up at him. "Thank you..."

glances over at her and pauses before nodding a little.

looks down quickly with that, staring into her bowl of soup.

doesn't know what to say so he simply keeps eating his soup quietly.

doesn't think there is anything to say in this situation as she quietly ate her soup. She felt awkward enough at the moment.

"Thanks... for the hat." He pointed a little at the hat she had made, perched on his head.

looks up quickly with that and smiles a bit. "A-Ah... you're welcome."

smiles faintly back. "It's very warm. Thanks."

flushes a bit more at that. "You're welcome... I've never made a hat before."

blinks. "I would have never guessed."

nods a bit at that. "I uh... borrowed Lithuania's pattern book." ><

makes a noise which could pass as a small laugh. "Well it turned out nicely."

looks up at him with that, glad he liked it. "Ah... thank you."

nods again and glances at her bowl. "Want more?"

shakes her head a bit with that. "It's fine... it was good soup though.""

watches her. "Thanks. Now would you like to wrap your own ankle or do you want me to?"

startled at the question. "My ankle doesn't need wrapping."

stares at her. "Nei, it does. I saw how you were favoring it just now."

shakes her head with that. "I wasn't..."

"You know, my opinion of you will not be any worse if you just admit it. If anything, it's decreasing the more you deny it."

frowned at that and looked away, god this was embarrassing. "Fine... I can't... walk on it, that's why I was sitting in the snow."

nods. "See? Not so hard to admit." He stands up and grabs a first aid kit from the kitchen before walking back. "Want me to wrap it?"

shakes her head at the question. "I can do it... Thank you though." She'd never actually had to do it before.

passes her the wrap. "Okay."

takes it with a thanks and moves to pull her boot off. She winced at that but would deny being in pain if asked. She pulled off her sock as

well and carefully started to wrap her ankle, ignoring how bad it looked.

watches her intently. "Are you sure you don't need help?"

looks up at him and nods a bit. "Yeah... it's fine." She finished wrapping it with that before she put her sock back on and went to put her

boot back on as well.

nods back, still watching her foot.

managed to get her boot back on, as much as it hurt she could ignore the pain.

glances at her, frowning. "Anything I can do?"

shakes her head a bit. "You've done a lot already. Thank you though."

"I'll walk you home whenever you want to go."

nods a bit with that. "Thank you... you're really nice."

blinks. "Nei, I'm really not, but thanks."

shakes her head. "If you weren't you wouldn't be helping me as much as you have been."

shrugs. "Maybe I'm just being selfish."

looks a little miffed at that. "How could you be being selfish by helping me?"

looks away. "No reason."

frowns at that. "You said it for a reason."

"I'm talking too much."

shakes her head. "No you're not. You made me tell you about my ankle... please?"

glances back at her. "If I had left you out there, I would feel guilty and I don't like feeling guilty."

shrugs a bit at that. "That's not being selfish."

looks away. "I guess it's a matter of perspective."

frowns a bit at that and gets up again, putting her weight on her good foot. "Possibly, but I still think you're a good person."

might have blushed the faintest bit. "Takk."

nodded a bit with that, "I don't say stuff like that often about people."

pauses. "And I do appreciate it."

smiles a bit with that. "I'm glad then."

changes the topic, embarrassed. "So are you ready to go or do you want to stay a bit longer?"

looks down at her foot for a moment before she looked back up. "I... think I should probably head back."

nods. "I'll help. Don't be afraid to fall in my if you feel like you're going to."

shakes her head quickly with that. "Ah... it's... really fine." She nodded a bit.

stares at her. "I didn't ask. I'm helping whether you want me to or not."

frowns a bit and nods. "Alright."

walks towards the door and opens it before glancing back at her.

slowly follows him to the door, hiding the pain from having to put any weight on her foot.

watches. "Want me to help you walk?"

frowns at that, "I'm okay."

nods and steps aside so she can walkout.

slowly steps outside and shivers a bit, pulling her coat closer to herself.

pauses. "Do you want another coat?"

shakes her head quickly. "No, I'm okay."

nods and starts to walk slowly towards her house.

moves to grab his shoulder at that, needing the support

pauses to let her and glances over. "Sure you don't need help?"

nods a bit, not so sure though. "I'll be fine... sorry."

frowns. "I'm going to help anyways." He crouches a little and swings her arm over his shoulders.

blushes at that and leans on him thankfully. "T-Thank you."

walks very slowly so that she doesn't feel rushed.

hung onto him as they walked, desperately trying to hide her blush.

doesn't even notice that she's embarrassed. He keeps walking at a steady pace.

thankful for that as she kept her gaze locked on the ground.

open. She leaned up and kissed him on the cheek quickly before she moved inside. "Thank you."

actually blushes. "Not a problem."

thought for a fleeting second that he was cute before she shoved that thought aside. "It's late I guess..."

nods. "Take care." He starts to walk away.

nods a bit back as she watched him go. "You too."

walks off, the blush slowly fading away.

closed her door when she couldn't see him anymore. She moved into her living room and collapsed on the couch.
