LoTi stands for Levels of Teaching Innovation. Formerly "Levels of Technology Implementation" The name change reflects the integration of

web2.0 The program stresses the use of higher order thinking and collaboration with integration of "real world" objectives

The research has helped them establish levels of teaching innovations. Levels are based on technology and student focused lessons.

Levels 1-3 are trying to determine who is using the technology and gradually move from teacher centered to student centered lessons.

Levels 4a - 4b are different in that they both are the beginning of lessons being student centered. 4a still has the teacher in some control

4b has teacher established as a facilitator. Levels 5-6 is seperated by how "real world" the lesson is along with the level of

technology integration.
