Not good. I have 3 dogs, all live in a well fenced yard. People need to be responsible for pets!

We've had dogs attack Rose while we run by - stupid owners

I've found that a loud, deep voiced and stern NO stops them. The other thing that always works is cheap dog treats-milk bones, etc

Most USPS carriers carry milk bones

I love dogs, 2 of mine are 40+ lbs, and a German Shepherd. Would not let them run wild
