laying on his bed, she was actually sleeping right now.
took a quick shower before going in to his room. He stifled a yawn and wrapped a towel around his waist before walking in to the bedroom and
making his way to the closet, not even looking at the bed.
rolls over in the bed, she was unaware of the other in the room.
halfway through pulling his pants up when he heard something move. Slowly, he turned around and stared at the bed… Why was there a woman
sleeping in his bed? Better yet, why was there even a woman in his house?
continues to sleep, her hair strewn around the pillows and over her face.
runs through a quick, frantic game plan in his head. He could hit her over the head and tie her up in the basement… but there weren't any
signs of forced entry, and he didn't want to hurt someone without reason… He finished putting on his pajamas and had decided to sneak in to
guest room and figure out who she was at breakfast… until he stubbed his toe on the dresser and yelped out loudly.
jerks awake from the noise she stared straight at him from the sound, she reached for her glasses. She was in complete shock with him.
stared at her with a blank expression that concealed the panic he felt, his heart racing nervously as he adjusted his glasses. It was dark,
but there was something about her that looked familiar, like he'd seen her before somewhere.
adjusts her glasses the same way he did at the same him, why was he familiar. "Uh.." She said quietly.
"Eh…" He didn't want to outright ask who she was. If he was supposed to already know that it would be rude, and embarrassing. He'd wait for
shifts slightly, she hadn't gotten up, but she looked at him. "Y'er.. Sw'den.. Ja?"
"Ja…" He nodded slowly. This confirmed his thought that he should somehow know her.
nods slightly, she had met the male Norway and Iceland, she pulled her knees up. "So 'm I.."
didn't quite understand what she was saying. "Y're what?"
shifts in her spot. "Ja." She frowned a bit trying to think of how to explain this.
turned on a small lamp atop the dresser so that he could look at her better. He couldn't place where he'd seen her before or why she seemed
watches him, he did look a lot like her. She noticed they had the same eyes. She swung her legs out of the bed, she stood up, she wasn't_
that much shorter then he was.
adjusted his glasses uncomfortably. "Wh't're y' doin' h're?" He asked, skirting around the issue of asking who she was and hoping that she'd
give him some sort of clue.
shrugs a bit. "I can't ex'ctly f'nd m' pl'ce.." She shifted, she was confused about that still.
"Ah…" He said as though that made any sense as to why she was in *his* bed.
didn't know why, just this bed was the biggest. "Mhmm.."
That still didn't explain why she was there to begin with, but he hated conflict, and she looked and sounded Swedish… "'ll b' 'n th' gu'st
r'm th'n." He mumbled, walking towards the door. He'd call his boss in the morning and ask about it since she didn't seem very talkative.
shakes her head grabbing his arm. "'ll sleep th're.. 'S y'er bed." She watched him quietly. "'M Astr'd."
"B'rw'ld." He nodded, appreciating the gesture.
nods a bit. "O'xnsti'rna." she said her last name.
stared at her trying to digest the information. "Ox'nsti'rna." He repeated slowly. That would explain why she looked familiar, but he
couldn't recall having a sister or anyone named Astrid. It wasn't typical for part of a nation to randomly pop up fully grown.
Nods to him, she already knew that, she frowned a bit and went to find a piece of paper, she didn't think she could explain the full thing_
While speaking, it just made it easier. She found a piece of paper and a pen, she wrote down everything about the counterparts.
reads over the long note a few times as he digested the information. He glanced from the note to her; she did look a lot like him now that
he thought about it, and that would explain why she was sleeping in his bed… "Ah."
Nods to him. "Ja.." she didn't exactly know what to say this was a bit more then awkward..
"Y' c'n stay 'n h're t'night." He set the note on top of the dresser. She lived here as much as he did, so they could make a schedule for
sharing it, or use it as a reason to remodel the guest room… he was always looking for another reason to redesign a room.
frowns a bit but nods to him. "Alr'ght.." she would probably help him remodel the guest room, if he asked her.
probably wouldn't ask, but he would appreciate the help if she offered.
would probably offer after seeing the guest room.
didn't think the guest room was *that* bad… He just didn't want to make it too comfortable in case Denmark tried to visit.
