weird.. when my 8GB card's used mem was nearing 4GB, camera decided to remove the excess of 4GB. all my photos yesterday gone

yeah fritz - there's a software that overwrites the "size info" of the card... it can say 8gb, but it's only 4gb.

it's one of the biggest scam on ebay, selling 16gb cards for only P500 - those are just 2gb cards - jehzlau was a victim

i remember him telling me about that one time... basta to be safe, when buying, test if you can use up almost all the space in the card

and not just look at the "properties" of the card and put one or two files on it.

I remembered a tip from a pro --- bring a lot of 2GB cards. An 8GB may be more convenient but once it's gone everything goes with it.
