and so, apparently someone from school wanted to milk more discounts from a provider saying that the previous provider offered lots of
discounts for last year's event.
and the provider is now not going to entertain that someone. (most prob). for:
1. if go any lower than last year's price, the workers need not get their pay and the materials no need to be paid.
2. last year's provider wants to be in a lasting relationship with the school. that's why offer such a low price.
bah. never know their limits when asking for lower quotations.
