also, if you must preform lots of repetitive motions regardless of how heavy the stuff you are moving is, take stretch breaks.

Yeah, we don't always get that luxury, so I'm gonna start stretching before I leave for work. I randomly stop and stretch anyway.

And I usually do bend my knees and not my back. The only time I bend my back instead is when I don't have enough room to bend my knees.
