stumbled across him on one of his walks and stared for a long moment.
no idea what happened last night, but at least sleeping in the cold helped keep the bruising down!
inches closer to him. "Hmm... looks like someone had a rough night."
jumps in surprise. At least his skin was already red from the cold… though that didn't change the fact that he was wearing a much too short_
grinned as he pulled off his coat and offered it to him. "Here you go pretty miss."
"D'n't n'd 't." He glowered as he sat up straight. Damn his head hurt. Of all people to find him like this…
shook his head and moved over to him, putting the coat on him."You do, I wont ask what happened. Let's just get you fixed up and in some
"'ve got p'nts 'n th' house." He glared, but took the jacket. It was warm… and he wasn't sure where his keys were… probably with his pants.
nods and laughs a bit. "Right right, no need to look so scary I wont rape you or anything." Though the Swede was pretty hot like that.
would have considered mauling him if he heard that thought… not that he believed his assurance that he wouldn't do it anyways… He looked_
around trying to see if any of his clothing were near but he couldn't even remember how he had gotten there.
helped him up and looked around for a moment. "Though you are hot, you fine young thing." He grinned at that as he found his glasses on the
ground and picked them up for him.
glared at Sadiq as he dusted snow off of the nightgown and his numb legs. "'m n't h't or y'ng."
chuckled softly and handed him the glasses. "You are hot. You cannot deny that one. I've got a thing for blue eyed blonds or green eyed
wiped the glasses off on the nightgown before sliding them on. At least he had his own glasses back on. He scowled deeper at him.
smirked at that as he fixed his hair a bit for him. "Seriously, I do. It's a little known fact."
"G'd t' kn'w." He would be keeping himself and Astrid well away from Turkey now.
would just have to come see them more often. "I'm guessing you want to go home then huh?"
would vacation… on a boat in the middle of the ocean. He glared between Sadiq and the house before grumbling darkly. "C'n't f'nd m' keys."
blinked a few times at that before he sighed a bit. "Well no help for it then. Come on." He picked him up and put him over his shoulder
and called the nearest taxi.
too shocked to do anything at first. He was still confused over his position when waking up… what the hell was happening? He struggled to_
get out of his grasp. "Wh't're y' doin'?!"
opened the door to the taxi and put him into the back seat before sliding in next to him. "Taking you to my place, so I can get you some
clothes and fix your bruises. Can't leave a hurt lady out in the cold."
glared even more at Sadiq, but didn't have the strength to put up much more of a fight. "'m n't a l'dy."
looked over at him again and shrugged. "Alright, I couldn't leave a fine man out there in the cold."
didn't think that was much better.
leaned back into the seat and hummed a bit. "Tell me what's hurt, if it's more than bruises."
too numb from the cold to tell if anything else was hurt, but he didn't feel broken anywhere. "'m f'ne."
His pride had taken the biggest beating…
nods a bit with that, "we'll see how true that is."
pulled the hem of the nightgown further down his thighs. Who the hell had he stolen this from, and why did it ride up so much?!
couldn't help but watch him out of the corner of his eye. The taxi ride was longer than he remembered. "That suits you."
refused to look away from the window. "Wh't?"
closed his eyes as he enjoyed the ride. "The nightgown."
closed his eyes as he tried to pretend the ride wasn't happening. "Th'nks." He grumbled sarcastically.
chuckled softly as he got comfortable. It wasn't long before the car stopped and the driver announced they were here. He pulled enough money
out to cover the fare. "Right," he climbed out of the car and ushered Berwald out as well.
begrudgingly followed. He didn't exactly have his own wallet to pay his way back, or a phone to call anyone for help.
pulled out his keys unlocked his front door. Pulling the other inside he shut the door and turned on a few lights. "Go sit down on the couch
I'll get you a change of clothes."
didn't sit on the couch, and didn't even want to enter the house more… though it was warmer than outside…he might walk in just a little bit.
frowned at that before he gently grabbed him by the shoulders and lead him into the living room. He sat him down on the couch before he
moved to head up to his room. "I could just drag you up to my bedroom and make you even more uncomfortable."
scowled and said nothing. He doubted that anything would make him any more uncomfortable at this point.
went upstairs with that and got him a change of clothes along with his first aid kit. He came back down stairs and set everything on the
table. "You look about my size."
frowned, but was thankful for the prospect of clothes that covered more than a women's nightgown. "Th'nks."
nods a bit and motioned for him to follow him. "Bath first though, don't worry it's a Turkish bath. You'll enjoy it."
stared at him darkly. He doubted he would enjoy a Turkish bath. All he really wanted at that moment was something to make his head feel_
shook his head a bit as he held the clothes under one arm and waved for him to follow. "Come on, no clothes or aspirin till you get a bath."
glared at him but followed none-the-less.
lead him through his small house to the bath, it took up a whole room. He waited for him to come in before he closed the door and set
everything down. "Take off the nightgown."
felt more comfortable in his boxers than wearing the nightgown anyway; it was cold and wet. He pulled it off and folded it neatly.
watched him for a moment before he motioned to the tub. "I'll wash your hair for you and everything."
"C'n wash m'self." He grumbled as he slid off his boxers and stepped in to the water cautiously, unsure of the temperature or feel of it.
kept the temperature of the tub hot. He liked it hot. He grabbed the shampoo and handed it to him. "Here you go."
took the bottle from him and sunk in to the water. It did feel rather amazing; He had always loved hot baths, but it was hard finding tubs_
that fit inside of houses that were big enough for him. "Th'nks."
nods and smiles as he sat down and watched him. "You're welcome, thought you would enjoy it."
pulled off his glasses and set them to the side before ducking his head in the water to get it wet so that he could wash it. "'s v'ry…b'g."
chuckled softly at that and nodded. "I like to relax in mine, sometimes with some company."
nodded. If he had this big of a bath he probably would have, too.
closed his eyes and relaxed on the chair. "So you're seeing someone aren't you?"
"'m seei' th' wat'r right n'w." He answered as he rubbed the soap in to his hair.
sighed a bit and looked over at him. "I'll take that to mean you're open for one night stands."
frowned. He found him hung over, in a woman's nightgown in the snow… and he was going to ask that question? He washed the soap out of his_
hair rather than answer the question.
wasn't really asking it. He got up and went to put some coffee on letting him bathe. "There's some cream for bruises here and a fresh set of
"Th'nks." He nodded, appreciating the privacy. He didn't want to take too long in the bath so he got out quickly and rubbed the cream on_
what bruises he could find. He then stretched out a bit and pulled on the clothes. They were a bit loose, but better than nothing.
busied himself in the kitchen with making coffee and getting out some baklava. He cleaned up after himself before he went to make up the
couch for the other to sleep on.
walked out of the bath feeling much better already. He didn't feel too tired, mostly sore. Sleeping in the snow reminded him of his youth,_
living amongst the nomadic tribes of the north… or of other times he had gotten drunk and locked himself outside of his house.
looked up as he heard him leave the bath. "Ah there's coffee and sweets in the kitchen, there's also some pain killers."
"Ah." He smiled to himself, but covered it before following the source of the voice back to the living room. He had no idea where the
kitchen was, but he appreciated everything that Sadiq was doing for him.
looked up at him curiously before he lead him to the kitchen. "Here," he handed him the pills long with the coffee.
"Th'nks… f'r ev'ryth'n'." He took the cup of coffee and nodded at him with as close to a smile as he was going to give a stranger this early
in the morning after everything that had happened.
laughs a bit at that and shakes his head. "Ah don't be thankful. I always have ulterior motives for everything I do." He nodded and picked
up his own mug taking a sip.
laughed to himself as he took the pills and drank the cup of coffee quickly. There was nothing better than a strong cup of coffee in the
drank his coffee quietly before offering him a plate. "It's good."
eyed it cautiously. "Wh't's 't?"
continued to hold it out. "Not date rape if that's what your worried about. Nuts, honey and dough."
hadn't expected it to be a date rape drug; that would have been slipped in to his coffee, or even one of the pills he'd taken… he hadn't_
checked the pills to see if they actually were painkillers… but so long as they made the headache go away he supposed he wouldn't complain
too much. "Ah." He took it slowly and ate a small bite. "'s good."
realized he probably should have slipped him something might have made him more fun to be around. Oh well. He nodded and smiled as he picked
up his own plate and took a bite. "Thank you."
finished eating it and took his last drink of his coffee. "Th'nk you."
nodded and finished his own piece. "You're welcome."
carried his plate to the sink and washed it off. He felt odd in Sadiq's kitchen.
watched him with a raised brow behind his mask. He shrugged it off though not minding when other people cleaned after themselves.
didn't know what else he should do… he was standing in a strange masked man's kitchen, wearing baggy clothes that weren't his own…_
Everything about his day felt strange.
would send him home if he wanted, he wasn't about to keep anyone here if they didn't want to be here. He was passed that... sort of.
wasn't sure if he would believe that entirely… He didn't mind it, though he still sort of felt like everything was going by in a haze.
moved to clean his own dishes before watching him. "Did you want to stay the day?"
shrugged. It was better than facing Astrid and having her see him like this… or finding out if she knew whose nightgown he'd stolen.
nodded a bit taking that as a yes. "Don't worry my counterpart doesn't live here... at least I don't think she does... either way."
"Ah." He nodded. He wasn't sure what he would have expected the man's counterpart to be like, but it was relieving to hear.
laughs a bit and moved back into the living room to sit on the couch. He was considering going to the market.
followed him in to the living room. He felt rude being alone in someone else's house. He was considering never drinking again… or drinking_
a lot more so that his tolerance was built back up to what it used to be. This forgetful, hangover crap was annoying.
looked over at him and smirked a bit. "You can join me on the couch, I don't bite.... much."
"D'n't b'lieve th't… m'ch." He said quietly as he sat at the other end of the couch. It was so much warmer and nice here than in the snow.
watched him as he shuffled closer. "I'm being honest."
raised an eyebrow at him and folded his hands in his lap as he awkwardly looked around the room.
inched closer before he got comfortable. "What do you people think of me anyway? I'm curious."
shrugged. He didn't listen much to gossip, so he wasn't the best person to ask.
sighed a bit as he watched him. "Well what do you think?"
"Eh," He didn't like being asked this question. There were many possibilities for the wrong, or offensive answer.
could handle offensive. He wanted to know.
"D'n't r'lly know y'." He shrugged, but had a feeling that the matter wouldn't be dropped easily. "Y' seem t'… l'ke hav'n' c'nqu'st's."
listened intently to that, considering it before he nodded a bit and smiled. "I suppose that's fairly accurate."
nodded slowly, relieved that it hadn't offended him.
leans back into the couch again. "I'd offer to take you drinking tonight but something tells me that's not happening after your last outing.
laughed dryly. "D'nno… M'st've had f'n…" He didn't usually wake up like that, so it must have been an exciting night in the least.
chuckles a bit at that. "Maybe you can have a fun night and remember it in the morning.
"D'n't us'ally f'rget." He shook his head sheepishly. So much for having been a viking; he'd gone soft with old age.
grinned a bit at that. "I wont tell anyone."
gave him a winning smile. "Promise."
wasn't sure if a smile was supposed to incite fear in to people, but he felt as though he might not be entirely safe alone with Sadiq…
wasn't going to do anything to him, he kind of just wanted to go out for a good walk again.
isn't sure what 'good walk' means…
a good walk is when you enjoy it and maybe meet someone new.
if he really enjoyed them.
liked to be outside in nature more than he liked to be inside of his own house.
