they have a democracy in technical aspects just some dick amended the constitution big time and that dick was forced out basically so

they already have the framework just needed to fix and repair their system

and the US freezed that Dick's assests and money so he'll be walking the long goodbye

the government officals are being renewed and replaced but the system kind of remains the same just we got proper people to run it

Egypt has never really been anti US that much, they've kinda been neutral but they are anti israel which is a different matter lol
