Sent email to English professor, asking if I can add in doodle pics to my paper.

I want to illustrate dialogue.

I figured doing that would express me as a writing more than just writing what their expressions look like.

He tells me no, that I must learn to do these things through writing.

He also says that he can tell I'm obviously more inclined to visual art, and urges me to use my words to create art instead.

Professor must not know I'm an English major.

Professor also does not know that I've written my first novel.

This girl should probably not get mad at his unknowing.

I know how to write effective dialogue in situations needed to describe facial features.

So, I'd be nice to not be talked down to as if I can't.
