I think the whole layout for Grey's is pretty brilliant though. The dialogue at the beginning and the end which ties into that episode.

Even the most dinky episodes are pretty profound because of that formula.

Absolutely, everything resonates from the beginning to end!

The writers and actors are incredible at bring the emothional truth to each of their characters.
