2 sticks butter, softened and sliced; 2 cups flour; 1 cup castor (powdered) sugar; 1/2 cup brown sugar; 1/2 cup granulated sugar

mix until doughlike consistency. add a bit more flour if needed. Should feel airy and almost foamy. roll gently into tube shape and fridgera
