I fixed the Yahoo account but can't get into Facebook because they changed the email address and password

heck, the yahoo account is totally blank. it's all gone, including all my reference emails. OMG

it's like a brand new account. no folders, no emails, no contacts, nothing

the worst is that everyone from every email in the account has been spammed as far as I can see, even people from work
