I thought I'd try only about 6 hours sleep last night.
I dunno if it's because of that or something else, but I woke up feeling absolutely horrible.
So I've decided my sleep pattern is not what needs changing. Something else is making me feel off.
Or perhaps I need to exercise more, I don't know.
I get enough vitamins and minerals, I know that.
Maybe it's too much sugar.
long story short, I'm not going t school today.
