there should always be an option between html and flash if they're gonna use flash

there should just not be nonsense getting in the way of the actual website. don't wanna have to click skip! and don't want SOUND.

I told them "if we have no sound, how are the blind people gonna use the page" and since sound is a no and is a government agency

I skimmed over the comments on the google page and have mixed feelings on this one.

I think flash is useful for some sites, but not others. I will watch when it is not annoying or inhibiting from one's end goal.

that as a designer it's a bit insulting to do such a direct bypass of such tiny little flash masterpieces...ha ha

I actually am a designer and dislike Flash intros and flash sites in general. I can make them, but I really don't want to for many reasons
