Out and about -- groceries, bedsheets and towels and ONE pair of shorts that fit. All the shorts here are 24Ws and I am now a 16.

Well, some weight loss was by hard work and rest by cancer radiation and chemo, the really, really hard way.

I feel the same, happy to be skinnier. Was rectal cancer and have colostomy. When it gets reversed will have plastic surgery to smooth tum
