it's a lowball...but who knows in today's market!!

Hmm... lowball was the fifth offer that I recently submitted that was promptly (and properly) laughed at.

the other agent is playing games, trying to say seller has had other offers (higher) and rejected them after 9 days on market.

interesting...she keeps contacting me after the seller responded. I don't remember seeing anyone else's business card in the house, tho.

why would you do that if the property was THAT hot? You wouldn't. It's trashed and they know it.

let her keep contacting you. Tell her that when her seller wants to get real, your buyer might still be available. Or maybe not.

this agent is a nut. I've worked with her before on other deals, and nearly became hairless in the process. She's in her own world, but

plays her cards very easily. Now the seller has three offers and is increasing the sales price on Monday so he can paint & carpet. Huh?

I shortened the response period to allow my buyer to get something else if the seller wasn't going to get realistic about his property.

Did I mention he's RAISING the sales price $15,000 on Monday and the "other two offers" she says exist know that and have raised their

offers ABOVE that new listing price to accommodate for their closing costs. Huh? What world does she live in?

I guess it's good work - if you can get it...
