Yesterday, I bought a wireless router from them for $40 and paid $50 to get it shipped overnight mail to arrive by 4:30pm today

that's 4 hours from now. UPS hasn't received it yet.

Which means that it will be delivered to my office after I don't work here, after I leave for vacation

and not on Friday afternoon, when I actually needed it

say, "RAWRRRRRRR!"

going to ask them if they think that UPS can bend the laws of time and space

they can! UPS can do anything!

the guy said "oh, well that estimate didn't include holiday delays. That's why we had to have IT go in this week

and add a note on the order system that it could take 24 hours for orders to ship."

said "well then your shipping estimate shouldn't have said that I would get it today at 4:30"

UPS bends time at the bookstore all the time. 24 hours becomes 48...

seriously, IT made that change?
