well our crawl space is full of water, and we're having to pump it out... so kinda have both problems

dude call a plunber you have a busted pipe. From what you described was it cold enough to have a pipe freeze today?

my brother has been over to check it out (I didn't hear what he said was wrong)... but he's going to be back in the morning to look/work

it has been above freezing all day... just reached 32

so i'm guessing something with our pump

yep if it hasn't froze it's the pump

and that will be a fun fix

yeah hope it won't cost to much (mom lost her job recently)
