i think i say yes too much, too often. simply because i don't know how to say no to people..

Yes!! I have to agree with ssuminthe lesson to be learnt works both ways. Say yes to more things but not senselessly.

but i feel bad to say no to people, whn they ask for favours or smtg tht is actually within my means n power to give. i feel selfish saying

no.. so i end up saying yes n feeling highly unhappy abt it haha.

Daphnemaia if u think it'll make u unhappy, say no! No reason to feel bad doing that as long as there's a good reason for it.

boils down to knowig what our values are? Like if ppl pleasing is most impt to a person, then he/she shld help someone as much as they can

if im unhappy, im jus one person. if other ppl r unhappy, n they're many ppl.. i'd rather not let thm be unhappy.. sigh. warped, i know.

i think people will be less happy if they find out that you're being patronising to them...
