using a fork, seal the edges of the sandwich..

dip it in egg/milk/pepper/salt mixture

then, cover with bread crumbs (preferrably Japanese bread crumbs)

deep fry and kaboom!

dry on paper towels...

...top with some mayo/mustard/pickles...and enjoy!
