Kowloon.. more a Japanese city, but it's got a grungy urban feel to it.

You can try Midian City, but, erm, the RP there prolly isn't the scenery you want

oh thank you! i'll suggest Kowloon. A friend is making a documentary. altho he has a great Av, needs a cityscape. RP prob not practical

Yup, they have titlers that'd mark you as non-RP (OOC), etc. It's not my scene, so to speak, but it had a great city feel years ago
