Turns out he knows I'm medicating his food... lol. So he wouldn't touch his stuff or take pill pockets from me.

So... I got a crash course on how to inject his dosages via needles. Not as tough as I thought it be and he's such a mellow guy he doesn't

care or fuss much.

But the second he got home (again) he went and mowed down a fresh bowl of food.

Sometimes I love cats... and other times they frustrate me. Out of all the animals I've owned, they're the toughest to medicate.

glad he's ok, sometimes you just gotta curse their intelligence!

dogs generally will wolf down anything, cats are tricky bastards!! XD

it's so true! LOL! Our dogs, you just have to make it a small enough size that they just swallow it without chewing.

But Ralph ate around the pill pockets and then would snub his nose at his wet food if I tried to hide the pill there. Even crushed...

I don't get it why they don't give the option of the needles first. It's actually not too difficult. I guess tho it depends on the person

and the cat. Heh.

aww man that does sound like it sucks! Poor kitty! lol I dunno if I could have done that!! I'd be stressed too.
