hums to herself as she sweeps the living room floor. She was enjoying being alone in the house without her counterpart.
knocks on the door, careful not to drop the clock.
stands still, glancing between the door and the hall. She would know better than to run in to a closet this time. "Who is it?!" She called
out cautiously, backing towards the hall cautiously. She was prepared to run if it ended up being Søren.
clears his throat. "Basch."
sighs in relief and practically ran to the door, unlocking the many locks on it before opening it. "Hello."
nods to her. "Gruezi, I have something for you."
looks at him in confusion, but motions for him to come in. "You have something for me?"
enters the house and sets the clock on her counter. "Ja, the clock."
looks at it with wide eyes. It was *amazing*. "This is for me?!"
seems a tad embarrassed by her reaction. "Ja, I made it just for you. I wasn't sure what to put on it...so I did some research."
"It's… amazing!" She didn't like complimenting people, but she couldn't believe he had made her something so impressive! It was probably the
nicest thing anyone had done short of giving her military and financial support… she'd never gotten a nice *personal* gift before.
very pleased that she likes it. "Every hour it will play music." He constructed it so a Girl who looks very much like Thora comes out and _
"Really?" Her eyes grow even wider as she looks at him.
nods and moves the pointers ahead an hour to show her what it did.
gasps in surprised excitement. "You really made this?!" She couldn't take her eyes off of it. She wanted to carry it with her everywhere

shakes her head. "No! It's amazing! I love it! Thank you!" She wanted to stare at it forever. She couldn't believe he had actually made it.
very happy that she likes it. He spent a couple weeks making it. "Would you like me to hang it?"
frowns, but nods. It would have been impractical to want to keep it on the counter at all times. "Yes, thank you!"
looks around. "Um… In the living room?" She usually knit in there, so she could stare at it most frequently there.
nods and picks it up, before wandering in there and looking for a good spot.
follows after him, unsure of where would be a good spot. She'd never had something like this before to hang.
looks to her. "Have you a hammer and nails?"
nods and quickly rushes to the kitchen to find her hammer and nails. She came back with multiple lengths of nails and a hammer.
sets the clock down and takes the desired tools. He finds a spot where she can see it clearly and begins to hang it.
too busy drooling over the clock to watch him work. It was so pretty~
steps down after it was hung on the wall, admiring the work too. "It is said that people who hear it's call will have good luck and _
fortune...I hope that it brings it to you."
smiles and hugs him impulsively. "Thank you! It's wonderful!"
gasps, clearly not having expected that. He awkwardly pats her back. Physical contact like this always did make him nervous.
pulled back quickly and blushed lightly, then turned to admire the clock and push her embarrassment away.
watches her, a bit red cheeked. He enjoyed her reaction to the clock. He certainly was not expecting her to be so enamored by it. "Take_
nods enthusiastically, not moving her eyes from the clock. "Of course! I'll guard it like it was a child." Only better, because she didn't_
seems content with this answer. "I am sure it's in good hands then."
"Thank you, again." She turned to look at him, trying not to smile too much. "I still can't believe you *made it*… for me."
doesn't understand why it's such a big deal. "You're welcome...Happy you like it."
isn't used to getting gifts. She was happy enough with milk and cheese. "I love it! This is the nicest thing anyone's ever made me."
finds this hard to believe. "...Ever?"
doesn't think it should be hard to believe. "Norway and Denmark aren't big on gifts." She shrugged; She didn't like admitting how isolated_
she had been in the past.
not one for expensive or lavish, but he did his best to make Liechtenstein things. Now he was doing the same for Thora. "I see..."

that the clock is extremely lavish, and would have been very expensive if purchased. "Is that odd? Do most people give gifts frequently?"
shakes his head. "It depends on the person."
looks towards the door. "I should probably get home."
looks from him, to the clock, then back at him. "Thank you again!" She said brightly, restraining herself from hugging him.
smiles a bit softly again. "Yes, yes...see you soon."
walked him to the door, continually glancing back at the clock. She had a feeling she would be getting nothing done for a while now.
heads home, feeling content. He didn't think she would like it that much.
spends the rest of the afternoon doing everything she can in the living room, squealing excitedly every hour when it went off.
