Well, it is a thin sauce...it has wine, soy sauce, ginger and sugar in it.

I love teryaki sauce. I just wondered what "almost" teryaki is like. LD

It was pretty good, but I need to improve my stir fry technique. The skillet was not hot enough so the meat released a lot of water...

making it tougher than it should be. I need to get the pan really hot so it sears and protects the moisture.

The thin slicing of the meat overcame the toughness, but I almost want to do it again tonight just to get it right.

I never stir-fry correctly.

We just eat in anyway
