why?

well, i made a hat I've made before...didn't do a swatch...was almost to the end of the pattern & ran out of yarn...which is weird...

...b/c it's a 1-skein project. Took it off the needles, and it was HUGE. Gargantuan! Only option? Frogging.

but the 2nd time around went super-duper fast. I'm already finished with the new-and-improved hat.

I think the frogging took hours & hours, honestly. Lucky for me, my mom helped. She likes that kind of project. She untangles jewelry, too.

think I could send her some massive amounts of yarn that's all tangled? Think she'd be up for that?
