nope ! never sea food was , until now the only meat i would eat. now that is gone 2

that every time you're exposed to a food that you're allergic to, you run the risk of increasing your antigens (sensitivity) and thus

increasing the reaction to that food, making it more severe. Two years is a good amount of time to lower the susceptibility.
