valentine's day is for girls to express their love while white day is for boys that have received chocolate from the girls to express

their love or gradititude...

hmm.. yeah.. but sometimes it is more on the obligation part like that.. but boys can also give jewelries or a white lingerie to the girl

they really love.. also the boys are expected to give 3x more expensive than what the girls gave to them...

also valentine's day is feb 14 while white day march 14 excatly one month after valentine's day...

there's also two kinds of chocolate on v-day!

giri chocolate and honmei chocolate, which is obligation and true love respectively

giri choco is given to friends, classmates, teachers, coworkers, etc to show you appreciate them

and honmei choco is obv for your OTL
