"None can remember a password like "J4fS<2", which evidently mean that it will be written on a post-it note"

despite the grammar issues there, I think people would be better off just committing a couple of those kinds of passwords to memory

for say online banking or other v. important things

i think the best strategy would be to create something like that and then give it meaning in a way that you'll remember
