I'm not so sure how it works, but everyone say yes. They can check IP, I believe. So if you have many accounts using the same IP and

transfer money from one to another that's what they use against you. I'm not sure if Agesen was banned because of this

but don't worry too much ^^ my friend Shin had two accounts, she didn't really transfer but one account was 10B the other 2B (with 10B cash)

Then one with less value and more cash was banned but her first (not main) ffs account was kept -*- unfair that they don't let you choose
